Welcome! Thank you for dropping by. I wish to share with you my love for deep lasting transformation and alchemy of the soul, through the vehicle of the heart & spiritual connection.

 To know thy Self is part of the unfolding journey, and to fortify spiritual connection is your path back to wholeness. You are not broken, but perhaps have forgotten your way back home. I have a strong soul calling to be a reminder, a conduit & an inspirer to what your Soul already knows as true.

My work exists at the intersection of ancient wisdom & living experience. I share with you so many wonderful offerings, tools & techniques derived from the origins of esoteric yoga teachings through the Lakulish Lineage, the Ascended Master teachings, as well as energy based practices which skilfully transport you from unconscious pre-programming, limited beliefs & fears, to conscious evolution, spiritual empowerment & divine purpose.

I offer powerful group trainings & immersions in meditative integrative yoga and here is where we activate the Prana Body as a divine vehicle to Source Energy. I also offer one-on-one
energy healings, spiritual counselling, intuitive readings and mentoring.

My approach is grounded and yet ethereal in nature, and as a catalyst for deep transformation, I bring depth, authenticity and dedication to my 25yrs teaching experience. I bring a multi-dimensionality & intuition to my offerings which is clear, resonant and heart centred.
