The Mind Steals Prana

When Prana is released from the captivity of the mind, the integrative experience becomes meditation in motion.

Did you know that the precious life force energy called Prana, is like a currency. We can use, abuse and ‘overspend’ Prana when it is hijacked by the unconscious mind; motivated by reactions triggered by memories of the past and anticipations of the future. This inner conflict is where the mind steals Prana, and where Prana becomes weaker than the mind and therefore the mind leads Prana. This is practising conflict and calling it yoga.

Through conscious awareness however, this same energy has the power to spiritualise your practice as Prana becomes known, studied, accessed, purified, awakened and redirected to serve the evolutionary process of experiencing the Self as pure consciousness. It is what is referred to in the timeless teachings of yoga as,
returning to the Source of Oneness. Prana becomes freed up and activated as a vehicle to Source, and therefore Prana becomes stronger than the mind. This is called the posture of consciousness.

Energy follows attention. Where we place our attention, is what grows and flows. In yoga we are learning how to create a paradigm shift from time bound ego mind, by dismantling identification with the mind and shifting your relationship to your thoughts without getting entangled, to harnessing the power of unlimited potential within.

Abiding in stillness, awareness is refined, energy is cultivated and an attunement to the voice of Prana naturally leads to yoga being experienced as meditation in motion. The resting back in who you are as consciousness, and the knowingness of this, is where freedom is sparked.

Join me in a gathering of unified souls, changing the frequency of light within, and the world without. Give yourself permission to fully receive by being nurtured, intuitively guided & lovingly supported, and for something eternal to be awakened with in you.

The depth and quality of experience offered here cannot always be reached within the familiar format of a standard one-hour drop-in yoga class. This is why I created the Remembrance Series: a three-hour immersive experience designed as a journey through consciousness, rather than simply a physical yoga practice.

This is more than an extended yoga class. It is an invitation to return to the wisdom teachings of yoga, to explore the deeper dimensions of the practice, embody higher spiritual principles, and have a direct experience of your Being.

With Love & Grace,
Julie
