It is with great joy that I introduce a brand new signature offering:

The Remembrance Series: -a 3hr immersive spiritual journey & transmission experience in embodied awakening.

This is a culmination of the many facets of my life’s work of 30 plus years, woven together into one beautiful seamless tapestry through years of dedication & devotion to both the physical disciplines & the spiritual path of awakening.

We are living in extraordinary times and life continues to accelerate, the demands for striving and achieving grow louder and create exhaustion and disconnection.

Living in the age of information, with the advancement of technology & AI, everything we want to know is at our fingertips, however one key quality that cannot be replaced or replicated is the experience of embodiment.

Embodiment is the sacred vehicle through which consciousness is refined, felt and experienced, and where breath, sensation, movement and energy become a pathway back to Presence.

The transparency of who you are is revealed through your energy field. You cannot mask this. Knowledge plus embodied experience, equals wisdom. The wisdom that can discern between who is ‘talking’; the time-bound ego mind, or the timeless Presence.

Time bound ego mind keeps us limited and outwardly sourcing i.e. strives, achieves and seeks fulfilment outside of itself but is never fulfilled.

The timeless Presence however is choiceless; it is the unchanging awareness that witnesses all experiences and has no preference for or against. It is self sourcing, luminous and Self ‘knowing’.

Remembrance is an invitation to return to the timeless Presence that lives within each one of us, a silent, loving awareness untouched by the demands of this world.
